¡ß The effects of replacing the insert nuts (brass) of car door glass grip with ¢º Speed Nut (Fe);
1. Material and process costs are reduced
¡Û Material cost saving by replacing expensive brass with Fe,
¡Û Cost reduction by press process of the Speed Nut screw in place of cutting.
2. Screw is formed in injection molding process providing the product with lock-nut function to prevent loosening.
¡Û Loosening torque is more than 15kg/§² - safe from loosening after assembly.
3. The combination of the Speed Nut and screw was certified for 120kg/§² or more of failure strength. |
